Tim Bailey graduated in May of 2020 with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Finance. As with many colleges and universities, Bailey’s senior year was unfortunately cut short due the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a senior, Bailey was the Captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team, a member of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, a member of the Risk Management Association, and an active member of the �����ؿ���Ƶ community. Uncertain about his future and the hiring freeze associated with COVID-19 nationwide, Bailey decided to return to �����ؿ���Ƶ and pursue his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).

“I felt very unsatisfied upon graduation in May of 2020, projects were cut short, athletic goals were unaccomplished, and service missions were unfulfilled,” he said.

With the circumstances at hand, it was a no-brainer to return to �����ؿ���Ƶ.

“The staff and faculty provide you with the tools you need to succeed," he said. "It would be a shame not to seize an opportunity to work with them again and develop value as a professional.”

An opening to work as the Grad Assistant in the Marketing Department offered new avenues for growth.

“It was an opportunity I could not pass up,” he said.
