The Banking Academy at ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÊÓƵ University equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today's rapidly evolving financial landscape. The academy focuses on delivering key insights into financial analysis, risk management, commercial banking, AI & BI in the financial services arena, and the complexities of regulatory compliance. To participate, an individual must be nominated by their respective bank, and be identified as a high potential leader, and/or a banking executive who will enhance their overall understanding of commercial lending and other key functions of banking 4.0.
Deliverables include:
- A deep understanding of banking operations
- Strategies for managing financial risks
- The ability to navigate the legal and ethical challenges of the banking sector
Graduates will be well-prepared to take on roles in financial institutions with a comprehensive understanding of both traditional banking practices and emerging financial technologies.
This Academy is presented in partnership with leading Central PA and Mid- Atlantic Banking professionals who have significant experience and expertise in all areas of banking. Participants will interact with CEOS, CFOS and COO’s of Key banking institutions as well as leadership from the Federal Reserve, AI & BI leading industry experts from Google & SAP, in addition to preparing all participants to take part in a banking learning lab where they will prepare a project specific to their bank working in partnership with one of their key banking executives who will mentor them through this 24-month program.
