  • Military Awards and Decorations include: the Army鈥檚 Legion Merit, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal (7 Oak Leaf Clusters), Joint Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal (4 Oak Leaf Clusters), National Defense Service Medal with bronze star, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal with bronze stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal (Saudi Arabia), Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait) and the Airborne and Air Assault Badges. Other recognition included selection to the FBI National Academy, the award of the Military Police Order of the Marechaussee silver medal, and the recipient of the St. Maurice Award for Community service to the Catholic Community. Bio:

President & Owner 鈥 Profiles Encourage, Inc. Profiles Encourage was founded in 1992, and its first client was the Philadelphia Phillies. The business grew quickly, adding several other Major League organizations with spring training sites in Florida. Today, Profiles Encourage specializes in phlebotomy and other laboratory services for more than 10 Major League Baseball franchises and their affiliates in Florida and Arizona, including the New York Yankees, Baltimore Orioles, and the Pittsburgh Pirates. During spring training, she employs over 100 part-time employees that provide physicals, blood tests, and other ordered lab work. One franchise, consisting of the major league rosters, minor league rosters, unsigned prospects, and franchise staff, can constitute more than 300 comprehensive physical and lab analyses.
